Key Features Sleeping for 6: Includes a main bedroom, a loft, and a private back bedroom. Entertainment: Gas fireplace, DVD player with a library of movies, and plenty of board games. Outdoor Living: Wraparound deck, backyard hammock, and scenic mountain views. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Kitchen: Full kitchen with electric stove and dining for four. Important Note on Winter Travel: The road to the cabin is steep. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is highly recommended from October to April and necessary during snowstorms. Layout & Living Living & Dining The heart of the cabin features a cozy living area centered around a warm gas fireplace. It is stocked with a DVD player, a collection of movies, and plenty of board games for family movie nights or game tournaments. Adjacent is a bright sunroom, perfect for relaxing with a book. Kitchen The cabin features a full kitchen equipped for home cooking, including an electric stove and all necessary cookware. A dining table seats four comfortably. Bathroom The full bathroom features a modern standing shower. Please note: This home utilizes an eco-friendly greywater toilet system. Sleeping Arrangements Main Bedroom: Comfortable Queen bed. The Loft: Open space featuring a Queen bed. Back Bedroom: Features a Single bed with a pull-out Trundle. Guest Notes & House Rules To ensure a smooth stay in this mountain environment, please review the following: Water Conservation: The cabin is fed by a 1,000-gallon cistern. Water is limited, so please be mindful of usage (short showers, etc.) to ensure the tank lasts for your entire stay. Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly! The $85 pet fee covers up to 2 dogs. A fee of $40 applies for each additional dog (3+). Please ensure accurate guest/pet counts at booking. Winter Access: Snow plowing may not be immediately available during severe storms. A 4x4 vehicle is required for the steep driveway in winter conditions. Fire Safety: Per Park County regulations, outdoor wood campfires are strictly prohibited. Check-in/Out: Check-in is 4:00 PM; Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Guest will have access to the entire home.
NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.
