This home is nestled back off the property and features 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a full kitchen.
One King sized bed, a Queen bed, a Full bed with Twin trundle and another small twin bed. Located in the Regis/Berkeley neighborhood, this is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Mile High City!
With easy access to both I-70 and I-76, you can access Denver or the Rocky Mountains quickly!

This lovely home is nestled back off of the large driveway.
The entrance to our home is off of the side porch by the driveway. This porch is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Denver. When you enter the home, you are in the main living room. This room features an oversized sectional and a large mounted HD TV that is Roku enabled and ready to stream all of your favorites.
The living room connects to the full kitchen that has all stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We also have a full coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, cream and sugar. The first bathroom is off the kitchen and has a standing shower.
Through the kitchen is the dining area, with a lovely built in bench and picture window. This is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or curl up and read a book.
Through the dining room is the second living room. This room has a cozy reading chair as well as a small sofa- and plenty of room! Off the second living room is the first Queen bedroom with a new comfy Queen bed, bedside table and closet.
The other bedrooms and bathroom are to the left of the kitchen- the full bathroom has a shower and tub combo.
The main bedroom features a new, comfy King bed with plenty of built in shelves and a large closet with more shelves inside. Attached to this bedroom is a second bedroom with a small twin bed- the perfect kids’ room!
Across the hall from the King room is another bedroom with a full-sized daybed and twin trundle underneath. This room and the kids room both have cozy bean bag chairs in them and full closet spaces.
We do allow authorized pets to stay with us, for an additional fee. Our yard is not fenced-in so please keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside.
Our unit does have a washer and dryer available for use, but it is in our unfinished basement. There are stairs in the home that lead to the basement and the washer/dryer.
Guests have full access of the entire home, including our unfinished basement with W/D. We also have a large outdoor area, though our yard is not fenced in.
You may see some wildlife like rabbits, rodents and maybe a snake or two. Please keep your distance.
