Welcome to our beautifully renovated Historic Crawford Saloon Building built in 1890. Located in the heart of Downtown Littleton, our Main Street Flat comes with a fully stocked kitchen, workspace, Wifi, and a Smart Roku 55" TV. It features one bedroom with a cozy Queen bed and one full bathroom. There is also a personal off-the-street parking spot! This 2nd story flat is steps from coffee shops, antiques, shopping, restaurants, transportation and parks. It is above a smoothie shop on Main.

The Flat is on the second floor and the last room with the best view, all the bay windows look directly onto Main Street. Fully Self Check-in. Because this is downtown Main Street and sits above a commercial smoothie shop, you will hear the sounds of the area including music starting first thing in the morning from the smoothie shop. Keep in mind the insulation is historical but the community and the noise around it are not. (We have a white noise machine available). Sorry we do not allow pets! The main room offers a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary Keurig Coffee, and all the amenities to cook and dine in! The living room has extra workspace with Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The couch folds down into futons for extra bedding. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and connects to powder bathroom with a tub, it includes all amenities of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. We also have an iron and ironing board so you can look your best for your work meetings. There is no closet, but extra room in the dresser in the living room and open side tables next to the bed, there are also hangers and hooks within the bedroom. We have individually controlled heat and A/C in both the main room and the bedroom, ensure your comfort regardless of season. You will be steps away from shops, food, and scenery > Check out the Bacon Social House for Breakfast, Born2Bake or Dirt Coffee House for Coffee. If you're looking for Mexican, Palenque Cocina Y Agaveria is for you. The Alley is always packed (its a food truck but restaurant) and McKinners for Pizza. You will have access via the main entrance to the building and your personal door access to the flat. This a shared building with other Short Term and Long-Term Tenants. The building has a coin-operated washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.
The main door is a shared street entrance off of South Nevada St, you will have a personal door code for both the main door and apartment door. You'll have access to one off street free parking spot. Please leave the heat set around 68-69 degrees when you leave! The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays!
