Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property. There is a new community firepit and cornhole game in front of the Grand Lodge. The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code.
We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash. Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you! Designed with group comfort in mind — guests may coordinate meal preparation or hosted evenings if desired. For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and share important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.
