The bathroom is off the kitchen and features a tub/shower combo so you can choose from a refreshing shower or a long soak in the bathtub. The bathroom is fully stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM When you enter the apartment, you are in the cozy living room. This living room has a comfortable loveseat that faces the large, HD Roku TV. There is also a desk with a leather chair so you can get some work done while traveling or, grab one of the yoga mats and start your day with some stretching! The living room flows into the dining room and kitchenette area. The dining area has a small bistro table with seating for 2 for an intimate meal. The kitchenette features a mini fridge, hot plate, microwave and sink. Of course, there is also the coffee bar with a Keurig, cream and sugar. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, seasonings and olive oil. OUTSIDE SPACE Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat. Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it. The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio. SHARED SPACES This apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments that are used as short-term rentals. You will receive a door code to get into the building and another one for your apartment door. At the top of the stairs, you will see the space for the laundry room. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.. There are detergent pods and dryer sheets provided. The shared spaces in the building are the front entryway stairs, the hallways, laundry area, hall bathroom and rooftop deck. Please be kind and respectful of other guests in the building. As guests, you will have private access to the entire apartment. You will have access to multiple shared spaces such as the main hallway, a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer, a hallway bathroom, and the spacious rooftop deck. Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building. You may smoke on the rooftop deck but do not leave any butts or paraphernalia around and be mindful of other guests on the deck.
