Located on the first floor of a six-unit building, Cabin 15 is the perfect place to use as a base camp for your mountain adventures. The room is always fully stocked with extra blankets, dishes, silverware and of course, coffee! This room has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a variety of coffee pod flavors, as well as cream and sugar. The bathroom is always stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The only sink in the room is the large kitchen sink- there is not a separate bathroom sink. This is a hotel-style unit. It is in the same building as other units- they all have their own exterior entrances. Sorry, no pets allowed in hotel. We apologize if there is any disruption in your stay due to any maintenance the property may be undergoing. We are working as fast and conveniently as possible between your stay and the constantly changing weather of the area. Our water system relies on a well, and we request your assistance in conserving water regularly while in Colorado. Guests have access to the entire cabin. This cabin is hotel-style with 5 other rooms in the building. There is a new community firepit and cornhole game in front of the Grand Lodge by the playground. The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code. We can't wait to welcome you.
We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash. Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you!
