This unit is attached to another unit but has its own private entrance in the backyard. 

This calm, Colorado inspired 2-bedroom (back) Pines Unit has a large backyard, gas firepit, gas grill and outdoor seating that is shared with the (front) Aspen Unit. (Ask about reserving both units!)

-When you enter our home, you are in the living room which features a comfy sectional sofa and a large Roku TV. 
-The first bedroom off the living room has a brand new queen sized bed wrapped in a soft duvet comforter and extra pillows. Both bedrooms feature large, wall-mounted Roku TVs. 
-Our kitchen features full-sized appliances and the essentials like coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. We also have plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen accessories like a blender. The kitchen countertop has 3 seats so you can have a quick meal before exploring.
-If you prefer a more formal meal, you can have a seat in the dining room that has a full dining table with seating for 4.
-The bathroom features double sinks and a full shower with a tub. We provide all of the fluffy towels and washcloths you need. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer- so no need to overpack! The bathroom has a door off the hallway and another door off the master bedroom. 
- The master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress with a wall mounted Roku TV and plenty of closet space for all your luggage. The master bedroom has a door that leads into the bathroom. 
-We have a hallway laundry closet that has a full sized washer and dryer as well as detergent, laundry sheets, an iron and other items you may need during your stay.

We allow pre-approved pets with an additional fee.

**Both of the front Aspen unit and the back Pines unit allow pets. There may be other dogs in the shared backyard space, please stay with your pets and clean up after them. Doggy bags provided.**
