This calm, Colorado inspired newly furnished 3-bedroom Aspen Unit, shares a large backyard, gas fireplace and outdoor seating with the (back) Pines Unit. It has its own fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and different flavors of coffee and creamer to start your day! You also have a private entrance and full washer/dryer just for your use. -The main floor Living room has a Roku TV, brand new couches and chairs, the beautiful grand Dining Room table is a masterpiece. Entertain your guests from the fully stocked kitchen with coffee Keurig to start your day and plenty of cookware to create an amazing meal. -Master bedroom is on the main floor with a new King Bed and Roku TV, it has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the backyard. -There is a 1/2 bathroom right off of the kitchen, a small pantry and the Washer and Dryer. -There are two bedrooms upstairs that are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom. -First Bedroom has a King Size bed, a wall mounted Roku TV and plenty of closet and dresser space to feel right at home! -Second Bedroom has two Queen Size beds, each with two side tables, lamps. With the closet, dresser and open floor space you'll have plenty of room to feel comfortable. **NOTE** We allow pre-approved pets with an extra pet fee. Both of the front Aspen unit and the back Pines unit allow pets. There may be other dogs in the shared backyard space, please stay with your pets and clean up after them. Doggy bags provided. Guests will have full access to this beautiful Aspen Unit. With access to a shared patio, outdoor gas fireplace and grill, with a fully fenced back yard. The driveway has two parking spots, one for this unit to park closer to the front porch, and Pines unit to park on the right closer to the backyard entrance. Free street parking available.
There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. This is the Aspen unit, whose entrance is the front door. There is another rental unit attached that has an entrance via the backyard, you can see their front door when you are in the backyard. Let us know if you have any questions!
