*BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS *
This spacious mountain home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master suite features a comfortable King bed, electric fireplace, private deck and mountain views. Attached to the master suite is the master bathroom which features a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, standing shower and heater to keep you warm on those Rocky Mountain nights. 

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a large, wooden bedframe that has extra storage and shelving space. This room also has two single beds and a closet as well as two windows with lovely views. 
The third bedroom has another comfortable Queen bed as well as a single bed. This room also has a closet and windows with gorgeous views. 

There is a full bathroom across bedrooms which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.

The third bathroom is a half-bath off the dining room which has fluffy blue towels for your use with the hot tub. Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

* KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE *

Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious kitchen and living areas. 
When you enter through the back door, you are greeted by the living room which boasts a large, mounted HD TV and plush sofas. The multiple windows offer gorgeous views of the property and natural light. The sliding glass door leads to the private front deck which has a propane grill and Adirondack chairs. 

The full-sized kitchen is connected to the dining room and features stainless steel appliances, sharp knives, and all the other basic tools and cookware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. It also has a large middle island with four stools and plenty of extra counter space so you can spread out and prepare your meals. 

On the other side of the kitchen, there is a large dining table with six comfortable seats and a picture window with a view of the backyard area. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry room with a full sized washer dryer and complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener.  

*OUTSIDE SPACE *

Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our outdoor spaces. 
There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the family room to the spacious and private front deck with a large propane grill and comfortable Adirondack chairs. 
In the backyard, you will find our large, four-person hot tub surrounded by trees and nature. In the summertime, you can explore the property and find the numerous raspberry bushes and the bench for seating. Often, there are deer, elk and moose that roam the property! 
*Please note that the property is not fully-fenced. Although we allow pets, you must keep them on a leash and pick up after them.
