Settled in an established neighborhood in gorgeous Arvada, you will never want to leave!
There are plenty of places to eat a short 4 min drive to Olde Town Arvada. Only 20 min from Red Rocks, Denver Zoo, Broncos Stadium, Rockies Stadium and Ball Arena. Quick access to I-70 makes it easy to explore the bountiful parks, trails, and all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping Denver has to offer.

When you enter the home, you will be in a spacious sunroom. There, you will find seats so you can sit and take off your shoes and from yourself welcomed into the front entry with the piano.
BACKYARD: Grab a towel and head out to the hot tub and fenced-in backyard with green grass for the kids or grab the cornhole set to the shaded mulch area. There’s plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the lovely Colorado weather.
TV and WIFI: 2 – 55″ Roku Smart TV and fast Wifi throughout the whole house.
KITCHEN: A full-sized gas range oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Of course, we couldn’t forget a coffee maker! The kitchen is also fully stocked with coffee, cream, utensils, plates and plenty of cookware.
DINING: room tables 6-8 guests. Provided additional foldable chairs if you need more seating! Check out the larger table option with Pool Table!
CLEANING: The side entry and laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer and we supply detergent pods and dryer sheets. All the cleaning supplies you need on hand.
SLEEPING: All new Colorado Made Mattresses! Upstairs: Master King, and Queen, Downstairs: Queen, Full, Two twins or King Sofa option, or an Air Mattress, Pack N Play.
BATHROOMS: All 3 are always stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and clean, fluffy towels. The Master Suite Standing Shower, and a full shared bath-tub upstairs and downstairs.
The hardwood floors upstairs kept original during the remodel. There may be some creaking when walking on the floors. Do not be alarmed!
GAMES: Pool and dual Ping-Pong table that can also double as a regular table! Board Games, Cards, Books, and Cornhole!
PETS: We love your furry pets, just let us know you’re bringing them along, there will be an additional $50 pet fee.
As part of Airbnb protocol we don’t allow parties, however we have hosted events and gatherings for family and friends. Let us know what you’re thinking and see how we can help arrange it for you!
Since this is Colorado, you may see the occasional wildlife sharing our space. This includes rabbits, raccoons, coyotes, fox and a variety of birds and insects. You may also see the occasional garden snake! Please leave the wildlife alone and let them go about their day.
